- Coordinated work to maximize sales space and improve customer flow.
- Management of supply chain challenges, including late deliveries of decorative lighting and custom millwork.
- Supervision of the installation of six tons of joinery in en absence of a local team en France.
- Work carried out mainly outside opening hours, and work suspended on match days to ensure the safety of visitors.
