- Incorporation of bright, fresh materials to en the colorful sportswear range
- Takeover of the project after a first general contractor to ensure adherence to schedule and specifications
- Management of supply chain challenges and labor shortages en Germany
- Coordination with stakeholders and adaptation to new subcontractor requirements
- Complete project supervision over nine months, including structural work
- Daily visits to monitor progress and keep customers regularly informed
- Delivery en week ahead of schedule and under budget
- Reuse of existing elements (lighting, shelving, natural en floors) to minimize environmental impact and preserve the integrity of the listed building.
