- Renovation of electrical installations, paintwork and joinery to meet the brand's high-end standards.
- Installation of a en parquet floor, a signature feature of Stuart Weitzman showrooms, with a preliminary study to standardize surfaces of different heights.
- Logistics and procurement: Management of the delivery of specific elements, in particular a central sofa, and coordination with a specialized service provider to meet deadlines.
