- Design and fit-out of new retail spaces en Germany as part of Lids' European expansion
- Management of a fast-track project en just three weeks, including budgeting, planning and scheduling of works
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines
- Precise project monitoring with weekly meetings involving Lids teams en France, Germany and the UK
- Ongoing communication with the customer by sharing site plans and photos to ensure compliance with requirements
- Tailor-made services: joinery, lighting, electrical work, exterior signage, finishes, flooring and graphics
- Installation of a slatwall, embroidery counter and cash cube to match Lids' corporate identity
- Management of local regulations, including fire standards and water and electricity connections
- Optimizing resources en reusing existing materials (floors, ceilings, wiring) wherever possible, to enhance the project's sustainability.
