- Management of the logistical challenges associated with the location on one of Amsterdam's busiest streets, including obtaining permits for scaffolding, signage and skips
- Coordination with local authorities to ensure smooth site operations without disrupting electric streetcars
- Complete start-up and interior fit-out, involving several suppliers
- Anticipation of potential supply problems to ensure a smooth logistics chain
- Close collaboration with customer and architect through daily meetings and calls
- Design of a modern retail space including a training room, server room, staff cafeteria and additional storage areas
- Commissioned a mural by a local Amsterdam artist, bringing a unique and colorful cultural touch to the store's interior.
