- Store fitting in the Belle Épine and Aéroville shopping centers
- Flexible, efficient planning to meet tight deadlines
- Rigorous coordination with shopping centers to manage administrative documents and logistical constraints
- Weekly project follow-up with client and sharing of photo reports
- Management of specific constraints, in particular time restrictions for the façade and logistics at Aéroville
- Carrying out design and fit-out work: lighting, electrical, HVAC, graphics, finishes and floor coverings
- Collaboration with regular Lids subcontractors to ensure brand consistency and fast, on-time delivery.
