- Tight schedule for a six-month project involving demolition, en and construction.
- Compliance with local and technical standards en Hamburg, where regulations vary from zone to zone.
- Strict on-site safety management, with protocols translated en five languages.
-Rigorous selection and validation of material samples (paints, finishes) en close collaboration with the customer and his en designer.
- Use of local suppliers wherever possible and recovery of reusable materials (e.g. tiles for satellite kitchens).
- Ecological waste management with selective sorting and recycling.
- Organization of regular calls and meetings with the customer and his designer to validate each stage.
-Weekly reports with photographs of the work to ensure total transparency.
