- Development of essales areawith kitchenette, storage rooms and staff areas
- Adaptation of JOTT's standard design to the specificities of the site, and management of the necessary administrative procedures and permits.
- Implementation en responsible waste sorting and disposal practices en collaboration with the waste management subcontractor
- Management of unforeseen deadlines and flexibility of subcontractors to adapt to supply constraints
- Compliance with sustainability standards with seamless communication between Agility - a Parella company and the customer
