Parella designed an ambitious project for Arkéa's employees, focusing on flex-office, comfort and space diversity. The aim was to optimize floor space en enhancing the experience of teams, visitors and visiting employees.
The project had to meet several requirements: comply with regulatory constraints, be completed before the Olympic Games, encourage cross-functionality and reflect Arkéa's identityen integrating the site's architecture. The design, which focused on light, elegance and well-being, also took en account employees' expectations, with enhanced internal communication.
