Parella carried out in-depth budgetary and technical studies on the various pre-selected buildings. This work resulted in the lease of the 14,000 m² "Terra Nova 1" building, owned and currently en renovated by BNP Paribas Cardif, which will be equipped with an advantageous service base. Thanks to this project, URSSAF Caisse Nationale's nearly 1,000 employees, currently spread over two buildings, will now be united under a single roof.
