Parella defined the real estate strategy en drawing up specifications en line with the objectives of Refashion. It then carried out an in-depth site search and analysis en carrying out a technical and spatial study of the available options to identify the most suitable space. Last but not least, Parella accompanied the real estate negotiation process through to the signing of the contract for a space operated by Deskeoin the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
