Parella assisted the teams of Paris 2024 - Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (COJO) in finding and negotiating a lease for its Saint-Denis headquarters (Pulse building).

To move closer to the epicenter of the Olympic Games and accommodate the step-by-step en of its head office teams, the COJO needed a suitable space in the commune of Saint-Denis.
Parella therefore carried out an in-depth real estate search, analyzed several sites and supported the COJO in negotiations that culminated in the lease of a 28,860 m² building owned by Icade en 2020. An agile, flexible location that has welcomed 700 more employees en 2023, and 2,000 more since the start of the year, bringing the total to 4,000.
