Parella assisted the Bibliothèque Publique d'Information du Centre Pompidou in the selection and negotiation of these premises in the Lumière building, the largest private office building in Paris. The BPI will be relocated to the 12th arrondissement of Parisen 2030.

Parella carried out a complex and exciting real estate consultancy assignment, including scoping, in-depth real estate research, spatial and technical analysis of target premises, and negotiation.
We facilitated facilitated the leasing of 10,000 m² on 2 levels of the Lumière building, scheduled to open to the public on August 25, 2025. The spaces have been designed to support the BPI's cultural and digital missions and exchanges, making it possible to host numerous events (workshops, conferences) and create spaces for co-working spaces. This project also marks a historic transition in the history of the Centre Pompidou, soon to be fifty years old.
